THE FOUNDATION AND THE ROOF OF YOUR NEW HOME IS guaranteed for a full 10 years. We don’t want you laying awake nights wondering what’s going to happen next. So we developed systems for building sound, solid homes of quality materials at a reasonable price. If a problem should develop, we’ll be back to make it right.
7 year mechanical guarantee
In a Charleston Signature Home, the appliances and MECHANICAL SYSTEMS you rely on to make life comfortable will do just that. Your furnace, air conditioning, water heater, washer and dyer, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and disposal: every mechanical thing you buy with your home is guaranteed to work right and stay that way. You won’t see a guarantee like this with other builders, but at Charleston, we stake our name on your long-term satisfaction with your new home. Now that’s peace of mind!+
90 day completion guarantee starts when Builder receives the building permit and ends at the Receipt of the certificate of occupancy or at the final quality walk through, whichever comes first. Guarantee is voided if Customer makes any changes during construction, or if governmental and/or legal action stops the construction process.
+ 7 year guarantee is on all appliances purchased through Charleston Signature Homes and includes all mechanical systems.
